The Southern Inner Circle, Avebury
It's taken me ages to sort out all these photographs! A few weeks ago, I travelled with a bunch of friends - Mark, Alyssa, Damien and Neil to Avebury - a marvellous National Trust village in Wiltshire, UK. It's the site of an enormous henge - a 5000 stone circle actually surrounds Avebury village, and vistors can go wandering around the stones, and the megalithic monuments that scatter the rolling landscape.
